The Rack Gun

 

This is a manually operated, plural-component Rack gun with a moving mixing chamber. Springs on the rear of the gun pull the mixing chamber to the forward position when you release the trigger.

• The lightweight Rack Gun weighs less than 3.25 pounds

• Off Ratio mix chambers available from 2.25:1 up to 3:1 with different volume sizes.

• With no air atomization there is less overspray compared to any other gun. The savings in material lost to overspray can be huge.

• The gun works well with pressurized-cylinder systems that do not have an air compressor.

• The gun sprays well in close proximity because there is no air blast to blow fresh foam back at you.

• The gun includes a positive safety lock.

• This is the only 4-hose gun on the market. You can spray, solvent flush, or spray SPF and then switch and spray polyurea.
